Spring
1996. Spring
Green grass grows,
Tints tinge Twin Cities;
Twigs of trees trick with bees,
Colors cover the cosmos and me…
Where’ve I wonder,
Breeze’s greeting —
Awakened are my fascinations.
Soft sun kisses my soul,
Birds’ beckoning –
Aroused are my imaginations.
Lucid liquid rain lubricate
My limbs and lips
Flowerers’ re flirting —
Stirred are my slept feelings.
Snow is gone —
Here comes sweet smells and smiles –
The splendid spirit
The sensuous season of
Spring!
